He has handled some of the largest court disputes in Poland, including those concerning contract termination, contractual penalties, and remuneration indexation (before state and arbitration courts). He develops litigation strategies and represents clients in complex, multi-thread disputes involving dozens of separate proceedings, including appeals and cassation.
Wojciech is actively involved in the automation and robotisation of Polish industry, advising production companies and system integrators. He also provides contractual advice on large-scale infrastructure and construction projects (roads, airports, energy).
His experience includes representing clients before international arbitration tribunals (e.g. ICC, BIT) and in proceedings for the enforcement of foreign judgments. He was lead counsel in a dispute worth over PLN 600 million, successfully settled on favourable terms.
